摘一要
随着改革开放后我国经济的发展，人口流动现象愈演愈烈，尤其是上世纪末的十年里，我国流动人口的规模迅速扩大。本文针对我国流动人口这一现状，就我国的流动人口就业问题展开研究，运用文献资料法、归纳分析法以及调查问卷法，研究我国流动人口就业特征，发现流动人口就业结构特征呈现出男多女少；80、90后流动人口占比重大；文化水平低等特征。另外根据问卷调查发现，流动人口就业还呈现出集聚化这一就业特征。根据调查结果，笔者发现了流动人口就业过程中存在一些问题。首先，流动人口在就业时受到不公平的对待并容易遭受歧视；其次，流动人口的技能培训不足；还有就是流动人口的社会保障体系不健全。针对这些问题，笔者提出一系列解决措施。

opulation flow,especially in the 90 s of the last century,the number of floating population in China is growing rapidly.In view of the status of the floating population,employment of floating population in China,through literature review,analysis method and questionnaire method and study on characteristics of floating populations occupation in China,found that employment of floating population structure showing fewer males than females,80,after the proportion of floating population;low level features. Another survey found that employment of floating population also presents the employment characteristics of agglomeration.According to the survey,the authors found some problems in the course of employment of floating population.First,on the populations employment inequality and discrimination in employment and,secondly,the inadequate training of employment of floating population;and then there is the imperfect social security system of floating population,poor employment conditions.To solve these problems,the authors proposed a series of measures.

（一）研究背景及意义
1.研究背景
自上世纪八九十年代起我国出现大批离开农村流向城镇发展的人口。到如今，流动人口的规模已经相当巨大。这些流动人口大部分是移民工人，他们流入城镇，尤其是发展水平高的城市，希望得到更多的发展机会，拥有更多的薪水，提升自己及家人的生活质量。根据国家统计局统计的数据显示，到2012年为止，中国流动人口已经有2.36亿人，与全国总人口相比为1:6。面对如此大规模的流动人口，如何实现流动人口就业，这诚然成为我国各级政府工作的首要任务。
随着我国城镇建设的推进，城镇化水平的提高，人口向城镇聚集的这一流动特征越来越显著，外来人口以一种不可阻挡的趋势流入城镇。流动人口在城市发展过程中所创造的成果我们都有所瞩目，然而流动人口却没有享受到应当享有的社会成果。流动人口在就业过程中面对各种挫折，诸如就业困难，就业环境差，缺乏社会保障等。如何促进流动人口就业是当前政府工作的重要内容之一，党和国家应密切关注这一问题。
2.研究意义
人口流动对我国经济建设，人力资源结构合理配置有着巨大的影响力，合理流动可以避免这边寻求工作的人口泛滥，而另一边工人稀缺的现象，并且可以补充劳动力市场的空缺，更好地为我国的城镇化建设做出贡献。
