不同农药对大青叶药材质量的影响
[摘要] 目的:探究不同性质、不同浓度的化学农药对大青叶植物生理的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同处理的大青叶的指纹图谱,并进行对比分析。结果:采用不同农药处理的大青叶的指纹图谱存才明显的差异结论:施用农药后,对大青叶造成了一定的逆境条件,为适应外界环境的改变而其体内某些物质的生理活性,从而产生一些相应的防御措施。在大田种植中的指导作用是在中药种植过程中要谨慎施用农药,否则将对中药材自身产生不良影响,从而影响中药材的品质。

[Abstract] Objective:Explore different properties and different concentrations of chemical pesticide effects on the leaf of plant physiology.Method:Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of the leaf of different processing fingerprint, and comparison analysisResult:Using different pesticide processing the leaf of the fingerprint was obvious differencesConclusion:After the pesticide had a certain conditions on the leaf, in order to adapt to the change of external environment and its physiological activity of certain substances in the body, causing some corresponding defensive measures. In the guidance effect in the field planting in the process of Chinese medicine plant and the pesticide, be careful otherwise will have a bad influence on traditional Chinese medicine itself, thus affecting the quality of Chinese medicinal materials.
