城乡合作型现代生态农业探索小毛驴市民农园为例
１农业是国民经济的基础，发展现代农业是经济发展的需要，也是建设和谐社会的需求。发展现代农业，建设城乡合作型现代生态农业是大势所趋，这种新模式以宣传教育为目的，以科技农业为主导，是一种良性互动形式，不仅有助于农业和经济的发展，对于生态环境的保护也有很好的促进作用。北京“小毛驴市民农园”是国内较早进行现代生态农业探索的农场，成立至今一直受到市民的欢迎，其生产的农产品在市场上广受好评。然而，现在的“小毛驴市民农园”也遇到了发展瓶颈，这些问题对农园的未来发展造成了一定的阻碍。本文以“小毛驴市民农园”为例，对城乡合作型现代生态农业进行深入探索，并对其存在的问题，从技术、资金、人才、政策等方面提出相应的解决措施。本文的研究对于生态环境友好型的现代农业生产模式的发展具有很好的推动作用，对于建设发展农业经济，统筹城乡发展也有积极的意义。

Abstract: Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the development of modern agriculture is the need of economic development, but also the construction of a harmonious society needs. The development of modern agriculture, modern ecological agriculture and rural cooperation is the trend of the times, the new model for the purpose of publicity and education in agricultural science and technology as the leading factor, is a kind of benign interaction, not only contribute to the development of agriculture and economy, also has the very good role in promoting the protection of ecological environment. Beijings "little donkey farm" is the earliest modern ecological agricultural research farm, since its establishment has been welcomed by the public, the production of agricultural products widely acclaimed in the market. However, now the "little donkey farm" also encountered a bottleneck in the development, these problems hinder the future development of the agriculture park. Based on the "little donkey farm" as an example, the urban and rural cooperative type of modern ecological agriculture indepth exploration, and the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding measures from the technology, capital, talent, policy etc.. This study for the development of environmentally friendly production mode of modern agriculture has a very good role in promoting, for the construction of agricultural economic development, but also has the positive significance of balancing urban and rural development.

随着生活水平的提高，人们对于物质文明的要求越来越高，除了满足基本的温饱问题，对于食品来源和质量的追求也水涨船高。并且，近年来，我国农产品价格呈现上升的趋势，归咎到底是由于物价上涨、种植成本上升，运输成本增加。另外，农产品从田间到餐桌，中间经过了许多物流环节，使得农产品进入市场的价格偏高，形成了“粮贱伤农、粮贵也伤农”以及供求信息极不对称的现象。为了满足人们对食品质量和安全的要求，城乡合作型现代生态农业在发达国家出现后，并引入中国[1]。
