卧推助力带对运动功效的影响研究【字数:9289】
摘 要随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视健身锻炼,因此越来越多的人走进健身房锻炼。卧推是健身健美和竞技体育中发展胸肌最常见的方法之一,这不仅对胸部有促进作用,同时对肩膀、手臂也有一定的锻炼作用。因此常常看到很多人在进行大重量卧推的训练,但是几乎无人看管保护,同时也常常看到新手进行卧推训练,动作摇摇晃晃也十分危险。卧推助力带有良好的伸缩性,有助于增强肘部及胸部与手臂连接处的稳定性,预防受伤及意外,从而有效提高运动的功效。所以本文从卧推保护的角度,通过受试者穿戴不同种类的卧推助力带进行卧推试验,研究穿戴不同的卧推助力带对运动功效的影响。其研究结果可以帮助锻炼人群选择更合适的助力带种类,得出的助力带功效参数能够为设计师对健身锻炼服饰改良和设计提供一些参考。

Study on the exercise efficacy of supine push belt
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards, people pay more and more attention to exercise, so more and more people go into the gym exercise. Crouching is one of the most common ways to develop pectoral muscles in fitness and fitness and competitive sports. This not only promotes the chest, but also has a certain exercise effect on the shoulders and arms. Therefore, many people are seen to train for heavy pushing, but almost nobody is watching and protecting. At the same time, novices are seen to train to push. It is also dangerous to stagger. The horizontal push power has good scalability, which helps to increase the stability of the elbow and the connection between the chest and the arm, prevent injuries and accidents, and effectively improve the effectiveness of exercise. So from the angle of lying push protection, this paper studies the effect of wearing different kinds of lying push power belt on the exercise effect by using different kinds of lying push power belt. The results of the study can help exercise people to choose a more suitable type of power belt. The resulting power band efficacy parameters can provide some references for designers to improve and design fitness exercise costumes.

随着改革开放越来越深入,中国越来越好。人民的意识也随之提高,从少数人健身锻炼,到如今全民运动健身锻炼,未来会有更多的人加入到这个行列中。与此同时,健身锻炼又存在一定危险,所以我们就要去避免这些危险,让健身锻炼更加有保障。避免风险的途径有很多,我是从服饰这个角度,去探究如何避免这些危险。
