年产2万吨盐酸解析工序工艺设计
因为氯化氢气体是在农药、医药、染料、有机合成等工业中最常见的尾气和副产物。为了循环利用氯化氢气体以便达到减少尾气和废水的排放,从而起到保护环境以及提高企业经济效益的目的。利用副产盐酸解析制取氯化氢气体,并回收到生产装置中进行循环利用,这样不但可使副产盐酸得到资源化利用,发展循环经济,而且有利于在农药、医药、染料、有机合成等工业中的生产。因此,本课题将采用常规解析法得到高纯度氯化氢气体的工艺方案。主要包括技术方案选择、工艺路线设计、物料衡算、能量衡算、主要设备选型、设备平面布置等方面内容。关键词 盐酸,解析,氯化氢,工艺设计

Title Process design of 20 thousand tons hydrochloric acid analytical

Abstract
Because hydrogen chloride gas is the most common tail gas and byproducts in pesticide, medicine,dyestuff and organic synthesis industry. In order to recycle hydrogen chloride gas in order to reduce the emission of tail gas and waste water, so as to protect the environment and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.The use of byproduct hydrochloric acid analysis of producing hydrogen chloride, and recovered to a production device for recycling. It not only can make the byproduct hydrochloric acid resource utilization, the development of circular economy, but also in pesticide, medicine, dye and organic synthesis in industrial production. Therefore, this paper will use conventional analytical method to obtain high purity hydrogenchloride gas process. It mainly includes the selection of technical scheme, the design of process route, the calculation of material balance, energy balance, the selection of main equipment and the layout of equipment.
