摘要:红山动物园袋鼠馆采用化学消毒法,控制其场馆环境中的微生物,常用的消毒剂有9种,本试验对这9种常用的消毒剂进行评价,以筛选出效果好的消毒剂供参考使用。采用肉汤稀释法测定9种消毒剂对2种标准菌株(大肠杆菌8099、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538)以及袋鼠舍分离菌株(8株大肠杆菌、5株金黄色葡萄球菌)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC),采用菌悬液定量杀菌试验测定9种消毒剂在推荐使用浓度下对2种标准菌株的杀灭效果,对通过以上试验筛选出抑菌和杀菌能力均强的消毒剂进行现场消毒验证,综合评价消毒剂的消毒效果。综合分析MIC值、MBC值及杀灭对数值,筛选出了抑菌和杀菌能力均强的月苄三甲氯铵、戊二醛癸甲溴铵、过氧乙酸及菌毒消4种消毒剂,再进行现场消毒试验,结果显示,作用30min后过氧乙酸和月苄三甲氯铵对空气中细菌的杀灭率均达90%以上,分别为92.9%、90.6%。

Abstract: Kangaroo Museum in Hongshan Zoo uses chemical disinfection method to control the environment of its environment, commonly using disinfectant 9 species. In this test we evaluate the effect of these nine commonly used disinfectant to choose a good disinfectant for reference use. Use broth dilution method to test the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of nine disinfectants on the two standard strains (Escherichia coli 8099, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538) and the kangaroo isolates (8 strains of Escherichia coli and 5 strains of Staphylococcus aureus). The killing effect of this 9 disinfectants on the two kinds of standard strains was determined by the quantitative sterilization test. Those disinfectant showed the strong antibacterial and bactericidal ability in the above tests need a futher comprehensive evaluation of disinfectant disinfection effect by field disinfective test. By synthetically analysing the values of MIC and MBC ??and killing value, we screened out 4 disinfectants with strong antibacterial and bactericidal ability: Halimide Solution, Glutaral and Deciquam, Peracetic Acid Solution and Dilute Glutaral Solution. The results showed that after 30min the killing rates of bacteria in air were more than 90%, and the rate of Peracetic Acid Solution and Halimide Solution were, respectively, afte92% and 90.6% .
