1用5×104个和缓艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊感染2周龄的海兰白鸡,然后每隔6h剖杀感染鸡2只,对照鸡1只,分别取十二指肠、小肠中段(卵黄囊憩室前10cm左右肠段)、小肠后段(卵黄囊憩室后5cm左右肠段)、盲肠盲端肠管处取约1-2cm长的肠管进行抺片和组织学切片观察和缓艾美耳球虫的内生性发育及病理变化。结果显示,感染后肉眼仅见鸡肠道有轻微的病理变化。在肠道黏膜抹片中,攻虫后36h首先在盲肠中发现游离的第一代游离裂殖子,随后分别在小肠后段(48h)、十二指肠(54h)、小肠中段(60h)中发现游离的第一代裂殖子,60h后各段肠道中都能发现裂殖子;攻虫后102h首先在小肠中段发现卵囊,至120h后所有肠段中均能发现卵囊。在肠道HE染色组织切片中,攻虫后90h最先在十二指肠和小肠后段中的肠绒毛顶端或中上部发现第三、四代裂殖体;108h在小肠后段中首次发现配子体,120h第一次在小肠后段中发现卵囊。肠道组织切片观察还发现,被感染肠道在攻虫36h后均发生肠炎,肠黏膜崩解脱落。通过对200个孢子化卵囊大小测量,测得的其平均大小为14.9μm×14.56μm。

Abstract:Using 5×104 Eimeria mitis sporulated oocysts infection in 2weekold Hyline white chicken,2 infected chickens and 1 control group chicken were killed every 6h. Respectively take about 12cm intestinal canal of duodenum, the middle of the small intestine(before yolk sac diverticulum 10cm),posterior segment of small intestine(after yolk sac diverticulum 5cm) and cecum to make smear and tissue slice. The endogenous development of Eimeria mitis and lesion were observed by this smear and tissue sections.Results showed that 2weekold chickens inoculated with 5×104 sporulated oocysts of Eimeria mitis appeared minor lesions were observed in the intestines. From the intestinal mucosal smear, it was observed that the first generation of free merozoites were found in the cecum at 36h after infected oocysts, then the first generation of merozoites was found in the posterior segment of the small intestine (48h), the duodenum (54h), the middle intestine (60h),and the merozoites were found in all intestinal smear after 60h. In the middle of the small intestine smear found oocyst at first in 102h,all intestinal smears can find oocysts after 120h.In the intestinal tissue slice, only the third and fourth generation of schistosomes which were parasitic on the top or middle part of the intestinal villus were observed.At first the third and fourth generations of schizophrenia were found in the duodenum and the middle of the small intestine. Gametophyte was first detected in the posterior segment of small intestine in 108h,and oocysts was first detected in the posterior segment of small intestine in 120h. The intestinal tract is affected by the presence of enteritis after 36h, intestinal mucosal disintegration off. The average size of 200 sporulated oocysts was measured to be 14.9 μm × 14.56 μm.
