1猫三体炎又称三体病或三联病，即猫炎性肠病、胆管炎或胆管肝炎、胰腺炎三种疾病同时发生的疾病统称，就目前国内外的研究来看，对这三种疾病联系在一起的原因尚未明确，其在兽医临床上已经成为猫高发且难确诊的疾病。笔者针对一例典型的猫三体炎的病例，阐述了其临床诊断方法、治疗措施以及预后情况，意在进一步完善猫三体炎的诊断方法以及治疗手段，使其可系统化，并提出改善预后情况的有关建议，以减少预后不良的发生。

Abstract：The cat triaditis is also called the triad disease, which is the simultaneous bout of three diseases: inflammatory bowel disease, cholangitis or bile duct hepatitis and pancreatitis. Within the current researches both at home and abroad, the reason for these three diseases has not yet been pinned down, and these three diseases are now with high incidence rates and are difficult to diagnose in the area of clinical veterinary. This paper expounds the clinical diagnostic methods, treatment and condition of prognosis of a case of cat triadtis, and intends to further perfect the mechanism of diagnosis and treatment methods for cat triaditis so that the process can be systematized. And this paper also puts forward several suggestions to improve the condition of prognosis, and to reduce the occurrence of poor prognosis.

猫三体炎又称三体病或三联病，即猫炎性肠病、胆管炎或胆管肝炎、胰腺炎三种疾病同时发生的疾病统称，其三种疾病联系在一起的病因尚不清楚，但普遍认为与猫独特的解剖构造使肠道细菌上行感染有关[1]。患有三体炎的猫没有特异的临床症状，通常表现为发热、呕吐、厌食、腹部疼痛、黄疸、嗜睡及脱水，通过血液学检查、fPLI测定、超声波扫查等可基本作出判断[2]。临床治疗采用对症治疗与辅助疗法取得良好效果。这种综合征最为明显的临床意义是，如果病猫发生肝脏疾病，则应检查其是否并发有胰腺炎和IBD[2]。相对来说，猫患该病的几率大，好发于中老年的猫，而且该病属于慢性病，通常会出现慢性多器官病变，治疗时间长，预后差异很大，预后以及治疗中变数很多，该病的患猫往往需要终生的维护和治疗，猫主人细致的观察和精心的照顾对于维护和及时治疗极其重要。在国内，兽医临床上对猫的认识以及疾病的治疗研究较晚，而猫独特的解剖结构和生理功能导致了猫的疾病往往发病隐蔽、症状不典型，很多猫病都不能确诊，猫三体炎就是临床上难确诊而实际发生较多的疾病之一。
