微波辐射法从茶叶中提取咖啡因工艺研究(附件)
摘 要 中国茶文化博大精深,从古代传承至今已有近千年的历史。从最初的喝茶到如今的品茶,从最初的直接食用茶的特定部位到现在通过加工来满足人们对它的需求,由于茶叶中含有的成分复杂,不仅包含了热能和蛋白质等能够维持人体机能正常运转的物质外,还含有大量的具有药理作用的生物碱和其它物质。咖啡因作为茶叶中主要的生物碱的一种,其具有镇静止痛、麻痹神经和兴奋神经中枢等效用,因而在临床上运用于治疗神经衰弱和浑身无力等方面。由于咖啡因在植物中的含量较少,随着社会老龄化日益严重,临床上对咖啡因的需求增大,导致咖啡因原料供应不足,使得越来越多的学者将目光集中到提高咖啡因的产量上。本文采用微波法从茶叶中提取咖啡因,系统的考察了不同溶剂配比、不同的微波温度、微波反应时间对提取率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应曲面法确定最佳的提取工艺。实验结果表明茶叶中的咖啡因溶剂配比为6.5:1,微波温度为350℃,微波时间为310s的条件下提取率达到了3.4%±0.5%左右。本提取工艺简便、具有较高的重现性和可行性。目录

Abstract
China tea culture broad and profound, from ancient heritage has been nearly a thousand years of history. From the initial to todays tea tea, tea from the direct consumption of specific parts of the original meet peoples demand for it now through processing, because tea contains complex composition, not only contains the energy and protein to maintain the function of the body of the normal operation of the material, but also contains a lot of has the pharmacological effects of alkaloids and other substances. Caffeine as a major alkaloid in tea, which has sedative, nerve paralysis and other central nervous excitement and effectiveness in the clinical application in the treatment of neurasthenia and impotent etc. due to the content less caffeine in plants, with the aging of society is becoming increasingly serious, the clinical demand of caffeine increases, cause caffeine insufficient supply of raw materials, making more and more The researchers focused their attention on increasing the yield of caffeine.
The microwave method extraction of caffeine from tea, and by study the proportion of different solvent, different feed liquid ratio, microwave radiation temperature and microwave radiation time effect on the extraction rate of determined the best scheme. On the basis of single factor experiment, and is verified by response surface method. Experimental results show that the tea caffeine solvent ratio, ratio of material to liquid6.5:1, microwave temperature for350, microwave time310s.Under the condition of extraction rate reached3.4%±0.5.
