1犬胰腺炎是指胰腺分泌的胰蛋白酶通过自身消化胰腺及周围的组织导致的疾病。犬胰腺炎是一种发生在消化系统的常见疾病，以发热、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、脂肪泻为主要临床症状，以血清淀粉酶和脂肪酶增高等为主要生化特性。犬的胰腺炎通常采用血常规检查、血清生化分析检查、血气分析检查、X光检查和胰腺炎cPL快速检测试剂盒等方法进行诊断，以消炎镇痛，抑制胰腺分泌，纠正电解质紊乱为主要治疗原则进行疾病的治疗。本研究收集了十例犬胰腺炎临床病例，对其中六例资料完整的病例进行归纳与分析，为犬胰腺炎疾病今后的诊治工作提供一定的参考。

Abstract：Canine pancreatitis is a disease caused by the self digestion of the pancreas and surrounding tissue secreted trypsin by the pancreas. Canine pancreatitis is a common digestive system disease. The main clinical symptoms are abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever and diarrhea with serum amylase and serum lipase increased as the main biochemical characteristics. Canine pancreatitis is usually diagnosed by routine blood test, serum biochemical analysis, blood gas analysis, Xray and cPL rapid detection kit. The treatment of canine pancreatitis is mainly to relieve inflammation, inhibit pancreatic secretion and correct electrolyte disorder. In this study, 10 cases of canine pancreatitis were collected, and the complete data of six cases were summarized and analyzed, which provided some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis.

犬的胰腺炎(canine pancreatitis)是由于多种病因作用使胰腺分泌的多种消化酶在胰腺内被激活，引起胰腺及周围组织被自身消化后，出现水肿、出血、充血甚至坏死的一种化学性炎症反应[1]。胰腺是形状像V字型的位于胃和十二指肠后面的的器官，能分泌多种消化酶，对消化、吸收食物及营养成分的有着至关重要的作用[2]。但由于日常饲养管理的不当，宠物主人过度溺爱，导致胰腺炎成了宠物临床上一种常见消化系统的疾病，根据病程可分为急性和慢性两种胰腺炎，以发热、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、脂肪泻为主要的临床症状，在血常规检查中，白细胞数目明显增多，中性粒细胞比例增加，生化检查中，血清脂肪酶在发病后的2472 h内开始升高，持续710天，血清淀粉酶在发病后612 h内开始升高，48 h后逐渐下降，并持续3天左右[3]，这些特征性的临床指标在胰腺炎疾病的诊断过程中有着重要的意义，胰腺炎cPL快速检测试剂盒在诊断胰腺炎疾病的过程中也起着重要的作用。
