4一般认为，犬子宫蓄脓是由子宫内膜炎和子宫内膜囊性增生，在其他因素的共同作用下引起的。子宫蓄脓与细菌感染有关，母犬的激素特点也是引起子宫蓄脓的重要因素；此外，犬的年龄、品种、生活环境及饮食也影响着子宫蓄脓的发病率。近年来，子宫蓄脓的发病率呈上升趋势，在我国呈广泛性分布。本文就南京博爱宠物医院和大学兽医院收诊的37例犬子宫蓄脓门诊病例，从犬的年龄、品种等方面分析子宫蓄脓的发病原因；侧重探讨犬子宫蓄脓的临床诊疗技术，治疗时对能保留生育能力的犬采取保守疗法，而保守疗法效果不理想或闭合型病例则采取手术治疗；为子宫蓄脓的临床诊疗及预防提供参考。

Abstract：It is generally believed that canine pyometra is caused by Endometritis and endometrial cystic hyperplasia in the combined effects of other factors. the presence of pus in the uterus is associated with bacterial infection, and the characteristics of the female hormone is also an important cause of canine pyometra; In addition, age, variety, living environment and diet also affects the incidence rate of canine pyometraa. In recent years, the incidence of canine pyometra is rising, and it is widely distributed in china. According to the 37 cases of canine pyrometra outpatients collected from Nanjing Pok Oi pet hospital and Veterinary Hospital of Nanjing Agricultural University, analyze the cause of the disease pyometra in dogs of the breed and age; focus on clinical diagnosis and treatment technology of canine pyometra, to preserve fertility in dogs take conservative treatment, and the effect of conservative treatment is not ideal or closed type case is taken surgical treatment; to provide reference of clinical diagnosis and treatment and prevention of canine pyometra.

犬子宫蓄脓症是急性或慢性化脓性子宫内膜炎，成年犬发情后期多发，是临床上较为常见的犬生殖系统疾病，在犬生殖系统疾病中占据了十分重要的位置，严重危害犬的健康。犬子宫蓄脓症分为开放型和闭锁型子宫蓄脓2种。近年来老龄犬的数量明显增多，子宫蓄脓的发病率也愈来愈高，因此犬子宫蓄脓的诊疗与预后愈发受到临床兽医的广泛关注。我们临床兽医只有能够较早准确的诊断出子宫蓄脓症并给予治疗，才能减轻患犬的痛苦。
