2016年江苏地区动物群体中流行性乙型脑炎的血清流行病学调查

摘要:流行性乙型脑炎是一种由日本脑炎病毒(JEV)引起的人畜共患病,是亚洲病毒性脑炎的主导形式,给猪养殖业带来较大的经济损失。目前临床上尚无该病的特效药,安全有效的疫苗免疫仍然是唯一能提供抗感染JEV长期保护的方法。 本研究旨在选取江苏范围内几处监测点,收集猪血清样品,通过建立的以JEVED3蛋白包被、检测JEV抗体的间接ELISA方法对收集来的不同地方的血清进行检测,计算病毒抗体阳性率,评估猪群受感染水平,同时运用实验室已建立的NS1’ELISA法检测收集到的血清样品的抗体来源,通过综合分析这两个数据,发现江苏地区2016年猪乙脑整体感染情况较为严重,尤其是夏季蚊虫活动高峰期,且一直持续到12月份,猪血清病毒抗体都呈现一个较高的水平,感染大多来自于野毒,和气候环境等也密切相关。

Abstract:Epidemic encephalitis is a zoonotic disease caused by Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV), a leading form of viral encephalitis in Asia, which brings great economic losses to pig farming. At present, there is no cure for the disease, safe and effective vaccine immunization is still the only way to provide antiinfection JEV longterm protection method. The aim of this study was to select several monitoring points in Jiangsu Province, and to collect pig serum samples. To establish the serum of JEVED3 protein and detect the JEV antibody by indirect ELISA method to detect the serum of different places. By calculating the positive rate, to assess the level of infection, and by the established NS1ELISA method in our laboratory to detect the source of serum samples collected.Through a comprehensive analysis of these two data, found in Jiangsu Province in 2016, the overall situation of the infection among pigs is severe, especially after the summer when mosquito activity peaks, until December, pig serum virus antibodies are showing a high level, and most of the infections are from the wild, with climate and climate closely related.

引言 流行性乙型脑炎是一种由日本脑炎病毒(JEV)引起的蚊媒传播的[]人畜共患病[],流行区域广泛,全球每年大约有67900个乙脑病例[],超过40亿人有感染风险,其感染一般呈隐性,但发病致死率极高。多种动物可被JEV感染,其中猪最易感,感染的妊娠母猪会出现流产,死胎,木乃伊胎等,感染的公猪出现睾丸炎,给猪养殖业带来较大的经济损失[]。且猪是JEV自然界主要的扩增宿主,对乙型脑炎的传播起重要作用[]。猪群感染可以反映JEV在自然界的流行强度。
