螯合中药抗菌成分的凹凸棒石粘土螯合中药抗菌成分的凹凸棒石粘土在动物腹泻病中的应用(附件)【字数：6292】
................................................................1本试验研究螯合抗菌中药的凹凸棒石粘土治疗动物细菌性腹泻疾病。从具有抗菌作用的8种中药中筛选效果较好的中药。采用高温吸附的方式将中药药液和凹凸棒石黏土进行螯合制备含中药抗菌成分的凹凸棒石黏土。筛选致小鼠腹泻最佳剂量的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌剂量，腹腔接种后采用凹凸棒石黏土和螯合中药抗菌成分的凹土棒石黏土对小鼠腹泻进行治疗。试验结果显示五倍子具有较好的抗菌作用，用五倍子药液与凸棒石粘土进行高温螯合制得含五倍子抗菌成分的凹凸棒石黏土。采用该黏土对小鼠沙门氏菌腹泻的治疗效果显示给药后小鼠腹泻的症状比未给药组减轻，小鼠死亡率降低。效果优于单纯使用凹凸棒石黏土。说明螯合中药抗菌成分的凹凸棒石黏土可以在临床上对动物细菌性腹泻进行治疗。

Abstract： The purpose of this study was to study in the treatment of bacterial diarrhea with attapulgite clay chelated with Chinese medicine antimicrobial. From the 8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with antibacterial effect screening effect is good traditional Chinese medicine. Attapulgite clay containing antibacterial constituents of traditional Chinese medicine was prepared by the method of high temperature adsorption. To screen the optimal dose of salmonella typhimurium in mice with diarrhea, attapulgite clay and attapulgite clay were used to treat diarrhea in mice. The results showed that gallnut had good antibacterial activity, and attapulgite with antibacterial constituents was prepared by high temperature chelation with Chinese gallnut and convex Rod. The effect of the clay on the diarrhea of salmonella typhimurium showed that the symptoms of diarrhea in mice were less than that in the administration group, and the mortality in mice was reduced. The effect is better than using attapulgite alone. It shows that attapulgite with antibacterial component of traditional Chinese medicine can be used to treat bacterial diarrhea in clinic.

引言
畜禽细菌性腹泻已经成为养殖业的一大问题，尤其是细菌引发的腹泻性疾病。沙门氏菌是引起动物腹泻的常见病原菌，沙门氏菌在动物的传染上保持着流行性，大部分感染来自食物和病原携带者[1]。鼠伤寒沙门氏菌具有广泛的宿主谱，能引起人和各种动物的沙门氏菌病[2]。细菌引发的腹泻主要表现为精神沉郁，被毛粗乱，脱水，腹泻，严重则出现肠道出血。抗生素应用于临床治疗腹泻后，虽取得比较好的效果，但是伴随着抗生素在畜牧业中的广泛使用，以及用药的不合理性，由此带来的问题或争论越来越引起人们的关注，主要是细菌耐药性的产生[3]、抗生素在畜禽产品体内的残留对人类的健康产生危害、抗生素与维生素和矿物元素之间具有拮抗作用[4]、造成机体免疫力下降、破坏机体的微生态平衡等。因此需要开发新型的抗生素替代品。
