摘要:猪伪狂犬病(PR)是当前威胁我国养猪业安全的重要传染病。为了使苏北某猪场实现对PR的彻底根除,本课题重点使用血清学gEELISA和gBELISA抗体检测的方法,分别从哺乳仔猪、保育猪、育肥猪及基础母猪群各随机抽取10份血样进行检查,结果40份血清gE抗体均为阴性,基础母猪群和哺乳仔猪gB抗体均阳性,但育肥猪gB抗体阳性率仅10%,证明该场伪狂犬病无野毒存在,疫苗免疫效果良好,但母源抗体维持时间偏短。结合对该场具体净化方法的调查,配合文献查阅发达国家对该病的成功净化经验,指出该场伪狂犬病防控措施的不足之处,并提出合理的建议以便于该场对此病的最终净化根除。

Abstract: Porcine pseudorabies(PR) is a threatening highly infectious disease for current swine industry in China. In order to completely?eradicate PR in a pig farm in northern Jiangsu Province, this topic focuses on serological gEELISA and gBELISA antibody detection method, respectively from location piglets, nursery pigs, finishing pigs and breeding population randomly selected 10 copies blood sample for inspection, the result of 40 copies gEseronegative, breeding population and piglets are gBseropositive, but finishing pigs proportion of gBseropositive only 10%. This suggests that porcine pseudorabies wild poison not exist, vaccine immunization effect is good, but maintain time of maternal antibody is short in this farm. Combined with the investigation of specific purification method and literature of successful purification of PR in developed countries, points out the deficiencies of prevention and control measures, and put forward reasonable suggestion so that the final elimination of PR in this farm.

猪伪狂犬病(porcine pseudorabies)是由伪狂犬病病毒(Pseudorabies virus,PRV)引起的一种急性传染病。世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将其列为B类动物疫病,在我国为二类动物疫病[1]。猪是本病的主要宿主和贮存者,发病也最为严重[2]。感染后会引起仔猪神经症状,妊娠母猪可造成流产、死胎及呼吸道症状。公猪感染后呈繁殖障碍和呼吸系统症状[3]。随着我国规模化养猪业的飞速发展,养猪集约化程度越来越高,活体运输也越来越频繁,然而管理水平、养殖技术的相对落后和生物安全意识的淡薄,使该病始终制约着规模化养猪场的健康发展[4],给我过养猪业造成了巨大危害,已成为疫病防控
