多不饱和脂肪酸日粮中添加酵母硒对湖羊脂肪酸组成和抗氧化性能的影响(附件)【字数:6826】

4本试验旨在研究富含多不饱和脂肪酸(日粮中添加紫苏籽)日粮中添加酵母硒对湖羊肌肉和肝脏脂肪酸组成及抗氧化性能的影响。选取3月龄、体重为23.02±1.36 kg的湖羊公羔45只,平均分成三组,对照组(C)、添加10%紫苏籽组(PFS)和添加10%紫苏籽和酵母硒组(PFS+Se)。预试期14 d,正试期70 d。在试验开始和结束时测定羊只生长性能,并采集血液样品进行分析,同时在试验结束时进行屠宰试验,取背最长肌和肝脏,用于测定其脂肪酸组成、抗氧化酶活性和抗氧化基因表达量。试验结果表明PFS和PFS+Se组湖羊背最长肌粗脂肪含量显著提高,且PFS+Se组硒含量显著高于PFS组(P<0.05); PFS和PFS+Se组湖羊肌肉和肝脏中n-6:n-3的值比C组均显著下降(P<0.05);PFS+Se组血清总抗氧化能力显著高于PFS组,CAT活力显著高于C组,肝脏丙二醛含量显著低于C组和PFS组(P<0.05);PFS+Se组湖羊肝脏中CAT和GPX基因的表达量均显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。因此,日粮中添加紫苏籽能降低湖羊肌肉和肝脏多不饱和脂肪酸n-6:n-3的值,添加硒能提高血清和肝脏的抗氧化能力。

Effect of selenium yeast in containing PUFAs dietary on fatty acid composition and antioxidant capacity of Hu lambs

Abstract: The aim of this study was to examined the effect of selenium yeast in containing unsaturated fatty acids dietary (PFS) on fatty acid composition and antioxidant capacity in the muscle and liver of Hu lambs. Fortyfive lambs aged three months with the weight of (23.02±1.36) kg were selected and randomly divided into three groups: control group (C), 10% perilla frutescens seed group (PFS) and 10% perilla frutescens seed and yeast selenium (PFS+Se). The experimental period lasted 70 days. Growth performance was measured at the beginning and end of the trial and blood samples were collected for analysis. Slaughter test was performed at the end of the test to take the longest muscle and the liver for the measure of the fatty acid composition, antioxidant enzyme activity and antioxidant gene expression level. The results showed that the content of crude fat in the longissimus dorsi muscle of PFS and PFS+Se group was significantly higher than that in C group, and the selenium content of PFS+Se group was significantly higher than that in the PFS group (P<0.05); the values of n6: n3 in the muscle and liver of PFS and PFS +Se was significantly lower than that in group C (P<0.05); The total antioxidant capacity of PFS + Se group was significantly higher than that of PFS group, CAT activity was significantly higher than that of C group, and the content of malondialdehyde in liver was significantly lower than that in group C and PFS group; The expression of CAT and GPX in the liver of PFS+Se group was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05). Therefore, the supplementation of Perilla frutescens can reduce the value of n6:n3 in the muscle and liver, and the addition of selenium can improve the antioxidant capacity of serum and liver.
