摘要：犬干眼症，又称犬干燥性角膜结膜炎（KCS），指任何原因造成的泪液质量异常或动力学异常，导致泪膜稳定性下降，并伴有眼部不适和（或）眼表组织病变特征的多种疾病的总称。最初对于犬干眼症研究发现此病的病因可能是由于免疫细胞侵袭泪腺，造成自身抗体的增加所导致的免疫介导性干眼症。本文通过对临床上患有干眼症的犬进行SCHIRMER泪液试纸以及临床症状诊断，对20例（33只眼）单纯患有干眼症的犬进按照不同患病程度进行分组并用不同浓度（0.2%，0.5%，1%）的环孢菌素A配合人工泪液点眼共同治疗。30日后回院复查。在治疗的33只患眼中，通过点眼治疗，有效改善31只眼，有效率为93.94%。结果表明，不同的程度干眼症选取 *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: ^351916072#
合适浓度的环孢菌素A可以更有效的改善患犬泪液量。
Diagnosis and treatment of canine dry eye

Abstract：Canine dry eye, also known as dog dry keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS), is a common name used for a variety of diseases characterized by any abnormalities in tear quality and dynamics, resulting in decreased tear film stability accompanied by eye discomfort and/or ocular surface lesions. Initial studies of canine dry eye showed that the cause of the disease may be due to invasion of immune cells into the lacrimal gland, resulting in increased autoantibodies and subsequently immunemediated dry eye. In this study, 20 dogs (33 eyes) suffering from dry eye were divided into several groups according to different degrees of diseases by using SCHIRMER tear test paper and clinical symptom diagnosis. Dogs were treatment with different concentration (0.2%, 0.5%, 1%) of cyclosporin A along with artificial tears drops. The improvement of disease was reviewed after 30 days. Results showed that 31 out of 33 eyes were obviously improved and the effective rate is 93.94%. These indicate that treatment of dry eye with a proper concentration of cyclosporin A will be important to effectively increase the amount of tears of patients.
