摘要:紧张性不动(Tonic immobility,TI)是动物面对外界诸如过热、过冷、惊吓等强烈刺激时做出的一种本能反应,常常表现为全身僵硬、不能移动、反应迟缓。根据TI持续时间的长短不同,可将肉鸡分为长TI(LTI)与短TI(STI)两种表型。一般认为,长TI表型肉鸡应激敏感性较大,且生长性能和福利状况也低于短TI表型肉鸡。脂类作为动物体细胞组成必不可少的物质,对肉鸡的生长发育具有重要意义,且脂沉积的部位和数 *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: ¥351916072¥

Abstract:Tonic immobility (TI) is an instinctive reaction that shows the stress response when animals face strong stimulations such as overheating, cold, shock from the outside world. Based on the TI duration, broilers can be divided into two different reaction phenotypes of long TI (LTI) or short TI (STI) phenotype. In normal conditions, STI broilers showed better growth performance and welfare status compared with LTI broilers. Lipid is an indispensable substance to animals, which is of great significance for the growth of broilers. There are many aspects of study about lipid metabolism in broiler. However, the study on the aspect of TI phenotype on lipid metabolism is really scarce. The aim of this study was to investigate the differences in lipid metabolism between different TI phenotypic broilers. Our study will provide better understanding of the mechanisms of these two TI phenotypes by measuring the genes and protein expression involved in lipid metabolism.

紧张性不动(TI)作为动物面对外界强烈刺激的本能反应,常表现为刚开始时鸡只挣扎试图逃脱,随后进入全身不动的僵直状态,这种状态的持续时间范围较大,由几秒到几十分钟不等,也被当作鸡只面对外界危险时采取的一种神经障碍行为[1]。通常认为,TI时间能代表动物的恐惧程度。通常认为,STI表型鸡恐惧程度低,而LTI表型鸡恐惧程度高且对外界刺激的敏感性也更高。以往的研究表明,STI表型肉鸡要比LTI表型肉鸡表现出更好的生产性能和福利状态[2]。
