2经济水平的提高带动了人们的精神需求，其中犬类是人类最常见的伴侣宠物。因此，犬类的疾病也就愈发地受到人们的关注。犬的子宫蓄脓是母犬生殖道系统疾病中发病率比较高的一种疾病，本病症常由子宫内膜异常增生并继发细菌感染而引发，多见于发情后期，能够极大地影响优良犬种的繁育。根据患病犬产生的症状不同，临床上一般根据子宫颈的开放程度把子宫蓄脓分为开放型和闭锁型。本文就两例不同类型的子宫蓄脓分别阐述了相应的症状以及预防、诊断和治疗方法。

ement of economy has enhanced people’s spiritual need, and the dog is the common companion pets all over the world. The diseases of dog is attracting more and more people’s attention. The canine pyometra is the common symptom in all the canine diseases, which occupies the high incidence rate in the diseases of the dog’s genital system. During the last period of the dog’s rut, the hyperplasia of?endometrium usually led to bacterial infection sometimes, and then the disease happens, which will not only do harm to pet dog’s health but also prevents the excellent breeds from multiplying seriously. Usually, the types of pyometra are divided into open and latching depends the pet dog’s symptom and action in clinic. The essay represents the two corresponding symptoms and the way to prevent, diagnosis and treatment.

随着犬的数量急剧地增多，犬的疾病发生率也在上升中。就南京而言，市区的宠物犬已逾三万只，家犬的老龄化趋势也愈发的严重。来医院就诊的老年犬病例中，犬的产科疾病所占比例也在逐年上升。其中较多的病例便是犬子宫蓄脓，患病犬的种类也多种多样（如京巴犬、西施犬、马尔济斯犬、沙皮犬等都是易患品种[1]）。4月至16岁的母犬均可能患子宫蓄脓[2]。
子宫蓄脓表现为由于细菌感染而引起的继发性病变，表现为多种复杂的病理变化和临床症状[3]。对于发病期间的研究，Tsumagari S等[4]的研究证明母犬的发情后期前半段往往是子宫蓄脓的高发病率时期。对于子宫蓄脓的发病原因目前已经进行了许多研究，一般认为子宫蓄脓的发生主要首先与细菌感染尤其是大肠埃希菌有关[56]。另外，如葡萄球菌、链球菌等也会引起犬子宫蓄脓[7]。其次，母犬子宫黏膜免疫力的下降也会导致母犬的子宫蓄脓疾病[8]。犬子宫蓄脓在临床上可以分为开放型和闭锁型，患犬常见的临床症状包括精神沉郁、体温过高、多饮多尿以及厌食、呕吐等异常表现，其中闭锁型不易发现且危害较开放型的更为严重，严重时可引发患犬全身功能障碍以至死亡。
本文主要从犬子宫蓄脓的发病机理和临床表现入手，旨在通过分析一般子宫蓄脓患犬常见临床表现，结合具体病例，归纳总结出和母犬子宫蓄脓相关的发病规律以及就诊时的临床特征，为宠物医院更好地鉴别诊断犬子宫蓄脓病症并及早对症治疗提供一定的参考。
