摘要:禽流感(AI)是由一种禽流感病毒的某些亚型引起的疾病,可以分为高致病性禽流感(HPAI)和低致病性禽流感(LPAI)两种。H9N2亚型禽流感病毒是一种能够在禽类和低级哺乳动物之间传播的疾病,目前预防该疾病最常用的手段是接种疫苗。H9N2亚型禽流感病毒每年都会一定程度上的变异,目前国内使用的疫苗基本为十几年前研发成功的产品,因此,本实验研究新型H9N2禽流感疫苗并检测其免疫效果。本实验使用的病毒由浙江诺倍威生物技术有限公司提供的Re1EBVac(H9)。以104稀释度接种10日龄SPF鸡胚,感染72h后收毒,测得病毒的HA滴度为11Log2,并以此制作灭活苗。以0.05ml/只、0.1ml/只、0.2ml/只的剂量,颈部皮下注射21日龄SPF鸡,每组各20只,并设立空白对照组,每周采血检测抗体水平。并于免疫21d后每组取10只鸡攻毒EBVac1野生型病毒(H9),每只鸡以106EID50病 *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: #351916072# 
毒量滴鼻点眼0.1ml。结果显示,该疫苗可以有效的刺激HI抗体的产生。免疫保护期很久,免疫后十二周依旧维持较高水平。能够有效地抑制鸡泄殖腔的排毒,但是对于鸡口腔的排毒抑制效果不理想。
Evaluation of the effect of a novel H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus vaccine

Abstract: Avian influenza (AI) is a disease caused by certain subtypes of avian influenza virus.It can be divided into highly pathogenic avian influenza and low pathogenic avian influenza two kinds.H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus is a disease that can spread between poultry and lowlevel mammals.The most common means of preventing the disease is vaccination.H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus will be a certain degree of variation every year.Currently vaccines for the domestic use of basic products successfully developed more than a dozen years ago.Therefore, this study studied the new H9N2 avian influenza vaccine and tested its immune effect.The virus Re1EBVac (H9) used in this experiment was provided by Zhejiang Nuobeiwei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.The virus was inoculated with 104 dilution at 10 days old SPF chicken embryo, 72 hours after infection, the virus titer of 11Log2, and the production of inactivated vaccine.Neck subcutaneous injection of 21 days of age SPF chicken,in different doses of 0.05,0.1,0.2mL per chicken.Each group of 20, and the establishment of blank control group, weekly blood test antibody levels.Take out ten chickens Inoculation Re1EBVac (H9) in each group.After 21 days of immunization, and each chicken to 106EID50 virus amount of eye drops 0.1ml.The results showed that the vaccine can effectively stimulate the production of HI antibodies. Immune protection period is long, 12 weeks after immunization still maintain a high level. The vaccine can effectively inhibit the chicken cloacal detoxification, but for the chicken mouth detoxification inhibition effect is not ideal.
