1本实验以AA肉鸡为实验对象,分别设置对照组(基础日粮组)和实验组(基础日粮+0.5%微生态制剂组),探究微生态制剂对AA肉鸡表观生长指数、血液指标、肝脏和肾脏指标、肠道性能、免疫力及鸡舍空气质量等方面的影响。试验结果表明,微生态制剂在一定程度上能够提高肉鸡的成活率,促进肉鸡的生长,降低料肉比,提高肉鸡的饲料转化率;在一定程度上能够降低血清中MDA、TG、LDL-C含量,降低AST、ALT活性,提高机体的抗氧化能力及缓解肝脏、肾脏等器官的损伤,提高机体的免疫力;同时,其也能够维持肠道微生物的稳态,提高肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶等消化酶的活性,提高饲料中氨、氮的消化与吸收,减少鸡舍有害气体的产生,提高空气质量。本研究将为微生物的开发提供支撑,为微生态制剂的应用与推广奠定基础。

Abstract:In this study, AA broilers were used as experimental subjects. The control group (basal diet group) and experimental group (basal diet + 0.5% microecological preparation group) were set up to explore the effects of microecological preparations on the apparent growth index, blood index, Liver and kidney indicators, intestinal performance, immunity and chicken house air quality and other aspects of the impact. The results showed that the microecological preparation could improve the survival rate of broilers, promote the growth of broilers, reduce the ratio of meat to meat and improve the feed conversion rate of broilers. To a certain extent, the levels of MDA, TG, LDLC Content, reduce AST, ALT activity, improve the bodys antioxidant capacity and ease the liver, kidney and other organ damage, improve the bodys immunity; the same time, it can also maintain the intestinal microbial stability, increase intestinal amylase, lipase , Trypsin and other digestive enzymes to improve the feed ammonia, nitrogen digestion and absorption, reduce the production of harmful gases in the chicken coop, improve air quality. This study will provide support for the development of microorganisms, laying the foundation for the application and popularization of microecological agents.
