摘要:为了减少大肠杆菌耐药性的传播,进一步加大对中药的综合开发利用。本试验研究大肠杆菌标准菌株耐药性的产生及中药对大肠杆菌耐药性消除作用。选择氟喹诺酮类抗菌药环丙沙星,以亚抑菌浓度(1/2 MIC)诱导标准菌株产生耐药性,并分析郁金散及其组方药物黄芩、黄连、大黄、诃子对大肠杆菌耐药性的消除作用。结果显示,大肠杆菌标准菌株 *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: *351916072* 
的耐药性产生较快,仅以亚抑菌浓度诱导10天20代就有了变化;单味中药和复方对大肠杆菌的耐药性均有消除作用,其中黄芩、大黄、诃子的消除效果较好,诃子、郁金散的消除率随消除作用时间的延长呈上升趋势。研究结果提示联合使用中药既可预防大肠杆菌耐药性的生成,又可对大肠杆菌耐药菌株产生抑菌作用。
Effect of Turmeric powder extract and its components in Escherichia coli Resistance

Abstract:In order to reduce the spread of Escherichia coli resistance and increase the comprehensive utilization of traditional Chinese medicine in a further way. This experiment was to study the generation of Escherichia coli standard strain and the role of Chinese medicines in the drug resistance elimination. The Ciprofloxacin, which was selected from Fluoroquinolones antibiotics, was used to induce the resistance of the standard strain with the 1/2 minimal inhibitory concentration (1/2 MIC). We also evaluated the drug resistance elimination effects of Turmeric powder and its components such as Baical skullcap, Rhizoma coptidis, Rhubarb, Myrobalan. The results showed that the generation of Escherichia coli standard strain resistance was rapid, only 10 days 20 generations the minimal inhibitory concentration had changed; both single traditional Chinese medicine and compound had eliminated the drug resistance, especially Baical skullcap, Rhubarb, Myrobalan, had significant elimination function to the drug resistant Escherichia coli standard strain, also, the elimination rate of Myrobalan and Turmeric powder over time was on the rise. The results suggest that traditional Chinese medicine can prevent the generation from Escherichia coli resistance, but also produce antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli resistant strains.
