利福昔明及常用抗菌药物对金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抑菌作用及协同作用

摘要:目的:探讨患乳房炎奶牛中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对五种抗菌药物的敏感性,为临床防治奶牛乳房炎提供科学依据。方法:参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会 (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute,CLSI)规定,采用微量肉汤稀释法,测定利福昔明、氨苄西林、苄星氯唑西林、头孢氨苄和单硫酸卡那霉素对临床分离10株金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration, MIC);采用微量肉汤稀释棋盘法,进行体外联合药敏试验,并计算分级抑菌指数(Fractional inhibitory concentration index,FIC)。结果:对10株临床分离株,利福昔明的MIC在0.5~2μg/mL之间,氨苄西林的MIC均为0.25~0.5μg/mL,苄星氯唑西林的MIC在0.25~0.5μ *好棒文|www.hbsrm.com +Q: @351916072@ 
g/mL之间,头孢氨苄的MIC在1~2μg/mL之间,硫酸卡那霉素MIC>128μg/mL。10株分离菌株中8株临床分离株对利福昔明敏感,2株呈现耐药中介。5株临床分离株对氨苄西林敏感,5株耐药。5株临床分离株对苄星氯唑西林敏感,5株耐药。8株临床分离株对头孢氨苄敏感,2株耐药。10株临床分离株对硫酸卡那霉素均耐药;本试验发现氨苄西林/苄星氯唑西林联用对金黄色葡萄球菌有协同或者相加作用,利福昔明和氨苄西林、头孢氨苄联用有一定的相加作用,但因菌株数量有限,需进一步展开试验研究。
In Vitro Bacteriostasis and Synergistic Effect of Rifaximin and Antimicrobial Agents on Staphylococcus aureus

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from dairy cows to five kinds of antimicrobial agents, and to provide scientific basis for clinical prevention and treatment of dairy cow mastitis. Methods: Reference to the American Clinical Laboratory Laboratory (Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute, CLSI), the use of microbroth dilution method, the determination of rifaximin, ampicillin, benzethonium chlorzacillin, cephalexin and monosulfic acid kanamycin (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration Concentration (MIC)) was used to isolate 10 strains of Staphylococcus aureus in clinical isolates. The in vitro combined drug susceptibility test was performed by dilution of the broth and the Fractional inhibitory concentration index (Fractional inhibitory concentration index) FIC). Results: The MICs of the 10 isolates of rifaximin were between 0.5 and 2 μg/mL, the MIC of ampicillin was 0.250.5 μg/mL, and the MIC of benzathiazole was 0.250.5 μg/mL, and the MIC of cefalexin was between 1 and 2 μg/mL, and the MIC of the kanamycin monosulfate was 128 μg / mL. 10 strains of Staphylococcus aureus showed kaempferol sulfate resistance, 2 strains of ampicillin resistant, individual strains of rifaximin showed a certain degree of resistance to intermediates, Cloxacillin and cephalexin were completely sensitive; this test found that rifaximin and ampicillin, cephalexin have a certain effect, but the number of strains is limited, need to further experimental study.
