犬胰腺炎的诊断与治疗犬胰腺炎的诊断与治疗(附件)【字数：9592】
1调查分析近来南农大动物医院收治的犬胰腺炎病例（47例），从患犬年龄和性别、临床症状、实验室诊断、影像学检查和治疗等方面分析，以期对犬胰腺炎有进一步了解，为临床犬胰腺炎的诊断与治疗提供一定的参考资料。调查结果显示62%的患犬年龄大于6岁，患病公犬多于母犬（3017），66%的患犬同时患有肾功能衰竭，血糖（GLU）高的胰腺炎患犬均肾功能衰竭。结论6岁以上的犬更易患胰腺炎，大多数胰腺炎患犬会表现出精神不振、厌食、恶心呕吐、腹痛、拉稀等临床症状，胰腺炎患犬继发肾功能衰竭的可能性很大，血糖高的胰腺炎患犬通常也患有肾功能衰竭。

Abstract：Investigating medical cases of canine pancreatitis (47 cases) from Nanjing Agricultural University’s veterinary hospital, analyzing those cases from dog’s age and gender, clinical symptoms, laboratory diagnosis, imaging examination and treatment, in order to further understand the canine pancreatitis and provide some reference data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis. The survey results showed that: 62% of the dogs with pancreatitis were older than 6 years old. There are more male dogs than bitches (30:17). In these 47 cases, 66% dogs with pancreatitis have renal failure at the same time. Dogs suffering pancreatitis and high blood glucose all had renal failure. Conclusion: dogs over 6 years old are more susceptible to suffer pancreatitis. most dogs with pancreatitis exhibit lethargy, anorexia, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea and other symptoms. Dogs with pancreatitis have high possibility to suffer renal failure. Dogs suffering pancreatitis and high blood glucose all had renal failure.
