狂犬病病毒胶体金检测试纸的研制[20200507185852]
摘要:将猪细小病毒接种于ST细胞,于不同时间点收获病毒并测其毒价与病毒拷贝数,以此分析该病毒的增殖规律。毒价测定结果显示,病毒感染后18 h 即能检出病毒滴度,TCID50达103.8/mL,随后逐渐升高于72 h 达到峰值(107.2/mL),其后TCID50逐渐下降。通过病毒拷贝数测定可知,病毒含量的增长率于72 h 达到峰值,之后病毒DNA含量增长变缓,接毒100 h 后病毒DNA含量下降。
